📋 Description

• Create, document, and refine essential go-to-market playbooks for the enterprise approach.

• Gather firsthand insights from sales and prospect interactions to enhance targeting, segmentation, and messaging.

• Serve as a key participant in strategic discussions with sales and growth marketing teams.

• Travel to collaborate with colleagues and participate in events to engage with prospects.

• Analyze qualitative market data to uncover opportunities within the PBM sector.

• Develop strategic campaigns aimed at increasing market share.

• Initiate and enhance foundational AI growth initiatives.

• Test, implement, and document AI lead outbound strategy playbooks.

• Create engagement frameworks for consultant and broker partnerships.

• Deliver data-driven and qualitative recommendations to leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in Sales or growth marketing.

• Experience in enterprise healthcare or employer benefits is advantageous.

• Capability to exercise independent judgment in assessing and utilizing complex Sales, CRM, and AI automation tools.

• Builder’s mindset complemented by systems-level thinking.

• Ownership mentality.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Comfortable presenting strategic insights to HR/Benefits leaders, CFOs, and external consultants.
