This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Position CodiLime services, such as AI-ready datacenter modernization, cloud migration, network automation, and infrastructure design and build, by comprehending customer needs and anticipated ROI.
β’ Collaborate with product engineering leaders, sales leaders, CIO department stakeholders, procurement, and relevant partners to expedite sales cycles.
β’ Construct and convert a pipeline of datacenter, networking, security vendors, and enterprises in the United States.
β’ Meet potential clients in person at pertinent meetups, industry events, and conferences.
β’ Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, addressing challenges with solution architects and engineering leads, driving proposals/SOWs, negotiating MSAs, and closing deals.
β’ Ensure precise CRM maintenance, conduct deal reviews, and provide reliable quarterly forecasts.
β’ Communicate market feedback to delivery and marketing to enhance offers and collateral.
β’ Collaborate with CodiLime colleagues and embody the company's mission, vision, and values in the US.
β’ Initiate content-driven campaigns and create sales opportunities from events and conferences.
β’ Work alongside cross-functional teams to implement customer success plans supported by modern tools.
β’ Increase revenue through engagement with internal stakeholders.
β’ Measure meetings with target ICPs, qualified opportunities opened each quarter, sourced pipeline creation from US customers, and executive references from closed customers.
β’ 2-4 years of experience in business development/sales within engineering services/consulting or complex solutions in the technology sector.
β’ Growth-oriented mindset; comfortable selling to technical leaders.
β’ Proficient understanding of concepts related to cloud, AI, networking, and security.
β’ Proven track record of identifying and engaging key stakeholders in enterprises and partners to generate and advance sales pipelines in multi-stakeholder environments.
β’ Excellent, persuasive communication skills and comfortable presenting to stakeholders.
β’ Experience with growth hacking strategies and techniques to stimulate demand generation.
β’ Demonstrated proficiency in modern marketing and sales technology.
β’ Strong analytical abilities, including interpreting and acting on data insights relevant to the tech industry.
β’ Solid project management capabilities.
β’ Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with sales and engineering teams.
β’ Flexibility in adapting to a fast-paced environment.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
β’ Background in network or cloud vendor experience or prior related experience is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with the AI ecosystem is preferred.
β’ Existing relationships in the US that facilitate access to initial meetings are preferred.
