This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Expand Pivot Health’s direct-to-consumer operations across channels that yield profitable enrollments while supporting B2B growth initiatives.
• Report to the Director of Insurance Marketing and take ownership of the channel growth strategy.
• Establish the direction for the paid-search agency partner and ensure accountability for volume, CPA, and ROAS.
• Oversee acquisition budgets and reallocate spending towards high-performing sources.
• Direct strategies for campaigns, keywords, audiences, creatives, and landing pages.
• Anticipate spending, model unit economics, and achieve blended CAC targets in collaboration with Finance and Analytics.
• Ensure accuracy of conversion and revenue signals across paid, organic, email, and phone channels.
• Coordinate tracking efforts with Data and Engineering, including offline conversion uploads and click-ID capture.
• Manage end-to-end call attribution using Invoca.
• Reconcile performance from advertising platforms with the internal source of record.
• Convert marketing requirements into engineering tickets and verify successful delivery.
• Develop and implement SEO strategy.
• Source, negotiate, and manage affiliate, referral, and content partnerships.
• Evaluate and onboard acquisition partners, lead aggregators, and eCommerce sources.
• Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager to enhance organic social and content-led channels.
• Conduct structured channel tests and provide recommendations on whether to scale, iterate, or discontinue.
• Define acquisition KPIs and reporting linked to enrolled members and their lifetime value.
• Establish strategic direction for conversion rate optimization.
• Identify new channel opportunities.
• Align acquisition targeting with retention and lifetime-value objectives.
• Work collaboratively with Product, Operations, and Analytics teams.
• Contribute to Pivot Health’s positioning, messaging, brand direction, Growth & Marketing strategy, and quarterly operating plans.
• A minimum of 5 years of growth marketing experience across multiple acquisition channels, with significant expertise in at least two of them.
• Proven history of transforming a channel from unproven to successful.
• Demonstrated success in managing acquisition budgets and achieving CPA, ROAS, or CAC targets in a high-volume, direct-to-consumer setting.
• Highly analytical; proficient with data, attribution, funnel metrics, and constructing business cases for expenditures.
• Comfortable directing agencies and contractors.
• Experience in establishing partnerships or affiliate relationships, including sourcing and negotiation skills.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and web analytics tools like GA4.
• Ability to collaborate directly with data and engineering teams on measurement challenges, including scoping, prioritizing, and validating requirements.
• Self-starter capable of operating without a fully developed infrastructure and building programs from scratch.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in marketing insurance, financial services, or other regulated/consideration-driven products (preferred/strong plus).
• Familiarity with lead generation, lead aggregators, and eCommerce/DTC acquisition models (preferred/strong plus).
• Background in affiliate, partnership, or business development efforts within a consumer business (preferred/strong plus).
• Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, offline conversion imports, or call tracking platforms like Invoca (preferred/strong plus).
• Experience in the U65 / non-ACA insurance market (preferred/strong plus).
• Previous work experience in a start-up, scale-up, or private equity-backed company (preferred/strong plus).
