This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more country.
• Oversee Product Management for Sherpany’s Growth Acceleration team during an 8–9 month fixed-term maternity leave replacement.
• Propel the growth roadmap by pinpointing and prioritizing opportunities through user insights, funnel data, business impact, and feasibility assessments.
• Collaborate with Growth, Design, Engineering, and Analytics teams to conceptualize, launch, and assess growth experiments.
• Enhance the self-service / Try-Before-You-Buy experience from signup and onboarding through key moments, engagement, and conversion.
• Establish success metrics and convert product analytics into actionable improvements in activation, conversion, and Product Qualified Leads.
• Work in partnership with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, Design, and Engineering to synchronize priorities and decision-making.
• Articulate the rationale, scope, and progress of growth initiatives throughout the organization.
• Ensure proper documentation and facilitate a seamless transition at the conclusion of the maternity cover period.
• Proven hands-on experience in Product-Led Growth.
• Background in developing or scaling a B2B SaaS Try-Before-You-Buy or self-service model.
• Ideally experienced in a sales-led or enterprise go-to-market setting.
• Comprehensive understanding of the signup, onboarding, activation, Product Qualified Leads, nurturing, and conversion processes.
• Strong foundational skills in Product Management, encompassing discovery, prioritization, and roadmapping.
• Experience in collaboration with Design and Engineering teams.
• Comfortable working with OKRs and measuring user and business impact.
• Proficient in utilizing product analytics, funnel metrics, and qualitative user insights.
• Understanding of activation, onboarding, experimentation, A/B testing, and conversion optimization techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Analytics.
• Strong communication and storytelling capabilities.
• Adaptable in uncertain environments, leveraging learning to adjust strategies.
