Growth Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the time to value for each new admin, from their signup to the implementation of a shared calendar that addresses their needs.

• Be responsible for defining activation, monitoring events, generating reports, and setting targets.

• Manage the referral loop that converts shared-calendar viewers into admins, including those accessing via mobile.

• Oversee the transition from free plan limitations to paid subscriptions.

• Direct the AI onboarding agent that assists new admins.

• Establish the cadence for experiments: determining what will be tested, released, or discontinued.

• Engage with customers and review support discussions weekly to pinpoint areas of friction.

• Create prototypes to rapidly test concepts.

• Write production code alongside AI, open pull requests, and deploy to production in collaboration with engineering.

• Utilize AI tools for design purposes.

• Monitor the funnel and generate reports.

• Enhance activation rates, time to value, conversion from viewer to admin, and the transition from free to paid plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in growth or product management at a self-serve software company where customers can sign up and pay without sales interactions.

• Proven experience in building and launching products independently.

• Experience managing onboarding, activation, an upgrade pathway, or an in-product sharing loop, with tangible results to demonstrate.

• Proficiency in writing production code with AI, opening pull requests, writing SQL, and instrumenting events on your own.

• Capability to design using AI tools.

• Maintain close communication with customers and adapt the product based on their feedback.

• A self-motivated individual who can work independently while collaborating with engineering and support teams.

• Experience at a small company or as an early-stage hire.

• Ability to move quickly and efficiently.
