Growth Partner – Trader Acquisition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for trader acquisition in your designated region, managing the process from the initial pipeline to onboarded and active accounts.

• Utilize your established network of traders, VIPs, and trading communities to enhance qualified sign-ups through your monitored referral channel.

• Cultivate enduring relationships that ensure your portfolio remains active and retained, rather than just acquired.

• When appropriate, recruit and nurture sub-partners while earning a share of the revenue they generate.

• Represent Decibel with credibility within your regional trading community and serve as a feedback conduit to the product and business development teams.

• Demonstrated success in sales, business development, affiliate/partnerships, or leadership within trading communities, with tangible results to discuss.

• A robust, verifiable network of traders in your area, or a clear, credible strategy to swiftly develop one.

• Native-level proficiency in the language of your market and a respected presence in its trading ecosystem.

• Comfort with a performance-driven model and the ability to independently manage your market without close supervision.
