Growth Operations – SEO Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical SEO expert for Talent.com's global properties.

• Provide guidance on and execute technical SEO strategies, including programmatic SEO, Google for Jobs optimization, structured data implementation, crawlability, indexation, and site performance enhancement.

• Collaborate with the Partnerships team to pinpoint manual processes suitable for automation, assess new AI and automation tools, and reduce repetitive tasks.

• Develop AI-driven workflows, internal tools, dashboards, and agents utilizing platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Hex, SQL, Python, APIs, and other innovative technologies.

• Aid user acquisition efforts by analyzing extensive datasets and performance trends to uncover growth opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in technical SEO, growth, digital marketing, analytics, operations, or a related field.

• Extensive hands-on technical SEO knowledge, including Google for Jobs, structured data (JobPosting schema), crawl optimization, indexation, sitemaps, canonicalization, and enterprise SEO best practices.

• A strong passion for AI, with practical experience in LLMs, automation platforms, APIs, and scripting, along with familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Hex, SQL, and Python (or equivalent).

• Highly analytical with a builder mindset, enjoying the use of data to tackle complex challenges and create systems and processes that enhance efficiency.

• Ability to proactively identify opportunities, take initiative, and advance projects with minimal oversight.

• Well-organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing projects across multiple teams without formal authority.

• Experience in user acquisition, online marketplaces, job boards, or partner ecosystems is regarded as a significant advantage.
