This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and enhance AI-generated marketing materials

• Enhance messaging and calls to action

• Assess brochures, flyers, and landing pages

• Support product launches and manage marketing initiatives

• Revise website content and oversee enhancements

• Upload new materials and assist with basic SEO

• Evaluate user experience and ensure uniformity across platforms

• Conduct research on potential clients and organizations

• Maintain prospect databases and CRM systems

• Develop outreach campaigns and manage follow-up processes

• Monitor opportunities and subsequent actions

• Aid in workshop preparation, resource management, participant administration, presentation setup, session support, follow-up communication, and action tracking

• Organize priorities, track follow-up actions, maintain task lists, coordinate timelines, and keep projects orderly

• Gather ideas for AI platform enhancements and identify ways to optimize workflows, content, and client interactions

• Launch Momentum™, publish and refine the new website, establish consistent marketing efforts, support corporate outreach, deliver professional client experiences, and keep projects on track

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferably experience in marketing coordination

• Preferably experience in content editing and enhancement

• Preferably experience in website content management

• Preferably experience in project coordination

• Preferably experience in CRM management

• Preferably experience with LinkedIn and digital marketing

• Preferably experience in workshop or event coordination

• Preferably experience in business administration

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms

• Proficient written English skills

• Exceptional organizational abilities

• Strong attention to detail

• Experience in professional services, consulting, leadership development, or coaching businesses is a plus but not mandatory
