Growth Operations Lead, SEO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical SEO resource for Talent.com's global assets.

• Provide guidance on and execute technical SEO, programmatic SEO, Google for Jobs optimization, structured data, site crawlability, indexing, and overall site performance.

• Track outcomes using Google Search Console to foster organic growth.

• Collaborate with the Partnerships team to pinpoint manual processes suitable for automation.

• Assess new AI and automation technologies.

• Develop AI-driven workflows, internal tools, dashboards, and agents leveraging various platforms.

• Examine extensive datasets and performance trends to uncover growth potential.

• Manage and participate in cross-functional initiatives involving different teams.

• Guide and support junior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in technical SEO, growth, digital marketing, analytics, operations, or a related field.

• Extensive hands-on expertise in technical SEO — including Google for Jobs, structured data (JobPosting schema), crawl optimization, indexing, sitemaps, canonicalization, and enterprise SEO best practices.

• Proven experience overseeing SEO for large-scale websites.

• Enthusiastic about AI with practical experience using LLMs, automation platforms, APIs, and scripting, along with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Hex, SQL, and Python.

• Strong analytical skills, a builder mentality, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

• Proactive in recognizing opportunities and driving projects forward.

• Well-organized, collaborative, and adept at coordinating with multiple teams.

• Experience in user acquisition, online marketplaces, job boards, or partner ecosystems is highly advantageous.
