This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Design and implement marketing strategies aimed at boosting direct bookings, generating qualified leads, and increasing revenue while minimizing dependence on third-party booking platforms.
• Establish and enhance marketing funnels from initial traveler discovery through to inquiry, booking, and repeat business.
• Monitor marketing-generated leads right through to actual booking revenue.
• Oversee email marketing efforts, lead capture initiatives, retargeting strategies, promotional campaigns, repeat-guest outreach, audience segmentation, CRM/database marketing, referral, and loyalty programs.
• Develop and manage content for websites, social media, email, and various other digital channels.
• Organize photography, video, written content, and campaigns related to destinations, properties, seasons, events, promotions, and guest experiences.
• Create, administer, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta/Instagram, retargeting, search, display, and other pertinent channels.
• Perform audience targeting, keyword research, creative testing, budget distribution, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
• Enhance organic search visibility through keyword and competitive analysis, high-intent travel content, website architecture, landing pages, metadata, internal linking, and performance evaluation.
• Facilitate AI-driven search and travel discovery via Generative Engine Optimization and structured, machine-readable content.
• Assess cost per lead, cost per booking, customer acquisition cost, ROAS, conversion rates, organic traffic, and actual booking revenue.
• Discover growth and optimization opportunities by analyzing marketing performance insights.
• Relevant practical marketing experience across various digital marketing disciplines.
• Capability to link marketing activities to leads, bookings, and revenue.
• Experience in direct-to-consumer marketing, lead generation, paid advertising, content marketing, SEO, email marketing, or similar digital marketing roles.
• Proficient in Google Ads and Meta/Instagram, including campaign setup, audience targeting, testing, budget management, conversion tracking, and optimization.
• Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Brevo, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
• Understanding of marketing funnels, conversion optimization, audience segmentation, retargeting, CRM/database marketing, and performance assessment.
• Skilled in developing or coordinating effective web, social, email, and other digital content.
• Familiarity with KPIs such as cost per lead, cost per booking, customer acquisition cost, ROAS, conversion performance, and revenue.
• Ability to work independently across various marketing functions while proactively identifying, testing, and implementing growth opportunities.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
