This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Formulate and oversee marketing strategies that align with business objectives

• Assess marketing performance and suggest areas for investment, enhancement, or change

• Oversee campaigns across various channels

• Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as necessary

• Manage landing pages, sales funnels, and marketing automation processes

• Design and implement email marketing campaigns and newsletters

• Supervise content strategy, encompassing blogs, social media, and lead generation materials

• Direct or assist in paid advertising efforts on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and others

• Leverage AI and automation to enhance marketing effectiveness

• Monitor key performance indicators and deliver marketing insights and suggestions

• Aid in prioritizing projects and marketing initiatives based on their business impact

• Occasionally create or review marketing assets, including graphics, videos, and website content

• Collaborate with one or two small-business clients based in the US as an integral member of their teams and the agency's team

• Residing in Mexico

• Over 5 years of marketing experience

• Proven experience in developing marketing strategies, beyond mere task execution

• Proficient in analyzing marketing performance and providing data-driven recommendations

• Advanced proficiency in English writing, speaking, and comprehension

• Reliable high-speed home internet

• Comfortable integrating AI into daily workflows and creating automations

• Highly organized with excellent project and time management abilities
