This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Formulate and implement growth strategies aimed at boosting subscriber acquisition, retention, and revenue.
• Evaluate market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor tactics to pinpoint growth prospects.
• Initiate new projects such as quizzes and listicles.
• Enhance customer acquisition costs and conversion rates in collaboration with marketing teams.
• Innovate strategies for promoting growth by leveraging industry best practices and emerging trends.
• Monitor subscriber churn and execute initiatives designed to enhance customer lifetime value.
• Utilize analytics tools to monitor MRR, ARR, churn rates, and other key performance indicators.
• Partner with the Head of Business.
• Oversee digital marketing professionals and manage a small Growth or Sales Team.
• Collaborate with the CRO and Tech team to guarantee seamless subscription interactions.
• Work with the Media Buying team to scale subscriptions while effectively managing costs.
• Coordinate with the Email team on sign-up, lead nurturing, onboarding, and upselling campaigns.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in an e-commerce brand or online store, ideally in a growth strategy or business performance capacity.
• Proven success in increasing revenue, CLTV, AOV, and other performance metrics.
• Documented experience in leading a small Growth or Sales Team.
• In-depth knowledge of D2C sales businesses.
• Practical understanding of the US market and effective online selling strategies for the region.
• Capability to lead by example and take initiative to drive operations forward.
• Strong proficiency in GA4 and Shopify.
• Demonstrated data analysis capabilities.
• Solid grasp of media buying, email marketing, and CRO.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Experience with a subscription-based business, preferably within a consumer brand.
• A portfolio of case studies that highlight contributions and success stories.
• A self-employment certificate is required.
