📋 Description

• Take charge of the development of Juno's paid acquisition strategy across various platforms and formats.

• Oversee campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, and influencer spending.

• Create, launch, evaluate, optimize, and expand campaigns.

• Design and conduct experiments to uncover lucrative growth channels.

• Convert successful experiments into sustainable growth strategies.

• Enhance Juno's brand visibility across platforms where students seek information on student loan options.

• Engage in a recruitment process that includes an introductory conversation, case study, cross-functional discussions with senior leadership, and reference checks.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 7 years of experience in growth marketing, or 2 to 4 years in management consulting or a similar field if you have established a growth initiative from the ground up.

• Proven track record of building, launching, and optimizing campaigns hands-on.

• Strong analytical skills: ability to construct a solid argument from incomplete data and differentiate what it confirms from what it suggests.

• Technical proficiency: capacity to develop tools as necessary.

• Familiarity with AI tools and APIs.

• Resourceful and experimental mindset.

• Ability to think systemically and build processes effectively.
