This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Strategize, develop, and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns utilizing email, paid social, SEM, retargeting, and organic channels.
• Take ownership of marketing-sourced pipeline targets and assess campaign performance against revenue objectives.
• Oversee the demand generation budget, monitor expenditure against ROI, and adjust allocations based on channel effectiveness.
• Manage end-to-end funnel content, which includes blog posts, ebooks/guides, landing pages, and nurturing email copy.
• Ensure campaign content aligns with current positioning and messaging.
• Develop a scalable content calendar and streamline production workflows.
• Create and oversee lead nurture email programs and campaign workflows in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with the GTM Engineer on specific campaign automation needs and data requirements.
• Monitor and resolve campaign-level workflow issues, escalating systemic problems to the GTM Engineer.
• Work with Event Marketing on webinar and event promotion, registration goals, and post-event lead nurturing.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on narrative development, positioning, and competitive messaging.
• Partner with SDRs for lead handoff, MQL quality feedback, and conversion tracking.
• Analyze campaign and content performance to enhance MQL volume, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition.
• Stay updated on emerging channels and AI-driven marketing/content tools, testing new tactics.
• Report directly to the VP of Marketing.
• Function as an individual contributor without direct reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• 3–5 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a related B2B marketing position.
• Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or another complex B2B sector is advantageous.
• Practical experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot, and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Excellent writing skills for creating blog posts, email content, and landing page copy.
• Strong analytical abilities, including the capacity to extract and interpret campaign data.
• Ability to collaborate with a technical GTM/RevOps team on automation and data requirements.
• Consistent and predictable attendance is expected.
• Proficient in computer usage and software applications including MS Office, such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook; familiarity with Zoom and other learning technologies.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing ambiguous, cross-functional challenges.
• Commitment to data hygiene as a top priority.
• Skill to translate technical workflows into easily understandable language for Sales and Marketing stakeholders.
• Strong project management and prioritization capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
• A mindset geared towards experimentation and iteration, including testing AI-enabled content and marketing tools.
• Capability to work at a computer for extended durations.
