Growth Marketing Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop the testimonial content engine that showcases Cadence's clinical AI impact for health systems, providers, and patients.

• Identify and reach out to patients and providers who are suitable candidates for testimonials using established outreach workflows, scripts, and documentation procedures.

• Conduct and document testimonial interviews with patients, providers, and internal team members while adhering to consent, privacy, and compliance standards.

• Utilize Descript to create transcripts, manage recordings, and provide initial edits for marketing review.

• Highlight impactful quotes, narratives, and moments for marketing materials aimed at health systems, providers, and patients.

• Organize testimonial assets within Google Drive for easy access and deployment.

• Implement AI productivity tools to enhance outreach tracking, transcript reviews, and content distribution workflows.

• Collaborate with the design team to create final testimonial assets and assist in their distribution across Cadence's owned channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in marketing, communications, content production, journalism, healthcare, or a related field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage in warm, professional conversations with patients and providers over the phone.

• Proven organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, including experience with maintaining trackers, project plans, or organized file systems.

• Proficient in Google Suite—comprising Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Gmail—and capable of quickly learning new tools, including phone systems, recording platforms, and AI-enabled editing software.

• Sound judgment in managing sensitive information, adhering to approved processes, and complying with privacy and compliance workflows.

• Familiarity with AI productivity tools (such as Gemini, Notion AI, or similar platforms) and comfort in applying them to structured workflows, reporting, and process documentation.

• Open to candidates from all across the United States.

• Availability for scheduled hours Monday to Wednesday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm ET/CT.
