Growth Marketing, Content Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Design and execute growth experiments to increase qualified traffic and lead generation.

• Analyze the acquisition funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) and identify areas for improvement.

• Propose and implement A/B tests on landing pages, CTAs, forms, and content.

• Measure and optimize acquisition, activation, and conversion metrics (MQLs, SQLs, CPL, conversion rate).

• Support the inbound marketing strategy and collaborate with the sales team on lead quality and follow-up.

• Create B2B content for blogs, landing pages, case studies, ebooks, newsletters, social media, and downloadable resources.

• Adapt content for different markets, technical and business audiences, and languages.

• Repurpose content across multiple formats, including articles, LinkedIn posts, email marketing, and short videos.

• Maintain the editorial calendar and ensure deadlines are met.

• Optimize content following best practices of on-page SEO.

• Research keywords and positioning opportunities with B2B purchasing intent.

• Create content tailored for traditional search engines and AI-driven search engines.

• Collaborate with the SEO specialist to enhance the ranking of strategic pages.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Content Marketing, or Demand Generation.

• At least 2-3 years in B2B companies within the technology or software sector.

• Proven experience generating organic leads with measurable results that can be presented (metrics, case studies, or portfolio).

• Intermediate level of English (B2+).

• Over 3 years of experience in SEO.

• More than 3 years of experience in Content Marketing.

• More than 3 years of experience in Inbound Marketing.

• Over 1 year of experience in GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).

• More than 2 years of experience with HubSpot.

• More than 2 years of experience with Google Analytics 4.

• More than 2 years of experience with Google Search Console.

• 2 years of experience with generative AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).

• The contractor must work with their own laptop/PC.
