Growth Marketing, AI Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategies for organic social media and community growth across relevant platforms.

• Cultivate and enhance engaged audiences on platforms such as Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, X (Twitter), YouTube, and others.

• Create, modify, and enhance content utilizing AI-assisted tools and efficient workflows.

• Identify pertinent online communities, discussions, trends, and opportunities to attract prospective subscribers.

• Foster meaningful engagement through community participation, discussions, comments, and direct interactions with the audience.

• Design and test both organic and paid marketing campaigns to expand audience reach and subscriber acquisition.

• Monitor marketing performance, track subscriber growth, and discern which channels and strategies yield results.

• Experiment with innovative growth tactics, content formats, AI tools, and distribution channels.

• Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, growth metrics, and areas for improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in growing an audience, online community, social media account, or digital product from inception.

• Strong comprehension of organic growth strategies and community-focused marketing.

• Practical experience with platforms such as Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, X (Twitter), and/or YouTube.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools for content creation, research, ideation, automation, and workflow optimization.

• Experience with paid digital marketing and campaign optimization is a plus.

• Excellent skills in content creation, copywriting, and audience engagement.

• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
