Growth Marketer – Retention, Apparel

📋 Description

• Implement lifecycle marketing initiatives and automated customer journeys across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and WhatsApp.

• Design, launch, and enhance CRM campaigns directly within marketing automation platforms.

• Conduct A/B testing to boost open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and revenue.

• Segment customer audiences and provide tailored communications utilizing dynamic content and product recommendations.

• Craft engaging copy for retention campaigns while working in collaboration with designers and content teams.

• Implement onboarding, engagement, reactivation, and win-back strategies throughout the customer lifecycle.

• Evaluate campaign performance, uncover actionable insights, and suggest data-driven improvements.

• Ensure all campaigns adhere to industry regulations and best practices for email/SMS.

• Collaborate with Product, CX, Data, Design, and Content teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Retention Marketing, or Email Marketing.

• A minimum of 1 year managing proprietary marketing channels such as Email, SMS, Push Notifications, or WhatsApp.

• Practical experience in creating campaigns and automation workflows within CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Responsys, Customer.io, or Insider.

• Proven experience in writing marketing copy and collaborating on creative materials.

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to convert campaign data into optimization strategies.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth settings such as e-commerce, marketplaces, consumer apps, or D2C brands.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.

• Proficiency in English to engage in a global work environment.
