Growth Marketer – Funnel & CRO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accountable for maximizing revenue and profitability from current traffic sources.

• Assess the entire conversion funnel, spanning from the landing page and product page to cart, checkout, purchase, and retention stages.

• Identify and prioritize areas where conversion may be leaking.

• Create and execute Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) experiments.

• Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, offers, product pages, and checkout processes.

• Enhance user experience and on-site messaging.

• Evaluate analytics data, heatmaps, session recordings, and customer insights.

• Increase Average Order Value (AOV), conversion rates, and revenue per visitor.

• Develop and refine upselling, bundling, and cross-selling strategies.

• Establish a systematic growth experimentation process.

• Achieve measurable business results, including conversion rates, revenue per visitor, total revenue, AOV, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) / contribution margin, checkout conversion rates, repeat purchase rates, and Lifetime Value (LTV).

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in growth, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), or e-commerce.

• Strong numerical aptitude and a willingness to delve deeply into conversion funnels.

• Experience in conducting experiments rather than merely reporting on them.

• Comprehensive understanding of A/B testing methodologies.

• Capability to link customer psychology with user experience (UX).

• Ability to independently formulate and prioritize hypotheses.

• Excellent analytical skills.

• Proficient at switching seamlessly between strategic planning and execution.

• Emphasis on business impact over superficial metrics.

• Bonus: Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, VWO/Optimizely, or comparable tools.
