Growth Marketer – Creators & Channels

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Bring Supabase’s creator/influencer program completely in-house.

• Manage direct relationships with content creators.

• Develop the creator program into a multi-million-dollar revenue stream.

• Establish a network of approximately 50 active creators within the first year.

• Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with creators on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

• Create and execute comprehensive creator campaigns from start to finish.

• Discover and evaluate new acquisition channels and strategies through small-scale experiments.

• Implement and report on programs, covering budgets, tracking, and outcomes.

• Potentially extend responsibilities to encompass all content from a growth perspective, beyond just creators and UGC.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in growth, partnerships, or creator marketing within a developer tools, SaaS, or consumer tech firm.

• Proven success in launching channels from scratch and transforming successful channels into sustainable programs.

• An outgoing relationship-builder whom creators genuinely appreciate collaborating with.

• Strong operational capabilities.

• Proficiency in using spreadsheets.

• Experience in dynamic, agile, or startup environments is preferred.
