Growth Marketer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of growth initiatives across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, focusing on acquiring new users, B2B customers, and subscriptions.

• Execute paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google, Microsoft, and Apple Search Ads.

• Oversee ad copy, creative assets, keywords, and negative keywords.

• Enhance the user journey from click to sign-up to boost conversion rates.

• Collaborate with the performance marketing manager to establish platform setups and campaign frameworks.

• Assess and adjust the advertising budget in accordance with performance outcomes.

• Craft market-specific messaging tailored for Swedish, Norwegian, and Danish audiences.

• Keep track of competitive positioning within the local markets.

• Ensure the accuracy and conversion effectiveness of three local websites.

• Properly localize main-site content instead of relying on direct translations.

• Create original local content driven by market opportunities and search demand.

• Revise underperforming pages proactively without awaiting approvals.

• Manage priorities across three markets without direct reports or agency assistance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native proficiency in Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish.

• Proficient in English.

• Prior experience in digital, performance, or growth marketing.

• Current hands-on experience managing paid search accounts (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or similar platforms).

• Proven experience with landing page optimization and conversion metrics.

• Strong writing skills in your native language.

• Understanding of software subscriptions, free sign-ups, and self-service funnels.

• Comfortable navigating a CMS.

• Familiarity with coding to some extent.

• Knowledge of WordPress or the willingness to learn.

• Beneficial, though not mandatory: experience in real estate agencies or proptech, B2B SaaS customer acquisition, and familiarity with AI tools.
