📋 Description

• Take ownership of self-service growth for Reception.ai, the conversational agents product by ElevenLabs, targeting small and medium-sized enterprises.

• Create and expand paid digital marketing campaigns.

• Establish partnerships with influencers and content creators.

• Propel SEO initiatives and foster organic social media growth.

• Forge alliances with platforms and communities focused on SMBs.

• Implement viral product launches.

• Evaluate acquisition channels and analyze SMB user behavior.

• Recognize factors that drive activation, conversion, and retention.

• Contribute to shaping the product roadmap.

• Position Reception.ai as the go-to AI voice agent solution for small businesses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in managing and optimizing data-driven growth campaigns, particularly for SMB or prosumer products.

• Knowledge of SEO, performance marketing, influencer marketing, and organic social media strategies.

• Understanding of the processes through which SMBs discover and purchase software.

• Strong understanding of self-serve funnels, including signup, onboarding, activation, and conversion to paid users.

• A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and a propensity for action and automation.

• Proven initiative and accountability for results and systems.

• High standards for quality, clarity, and impact.

• Experience as a founder or in an early-stage startup is a plus.

• Background in marketing to SMB sectors such as home services, healthcare, hospitality, or professional services is advantageous.
