Growth Lead – New Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee program management and implementation of ongoing provider integrations across Product, Engineering, and Data teams.

• Facilitate the growth of the affiliate program to enhance international commercial outreach and ecosystem effectiveness.

• Collaborate with Marketing on SEO, CRO, and experimentation to convert growth strategies into product enhancements.

• Establish and track KPIs and performance metrics for integrations and growth initiatives, including milestones at 30, 60, and 90 days.

• Propel operational launches of new business verticals and services in international markets.

• Oversee daily interactions with external service providers and affiliate networks.

• Take charge of the delivery, optimization, and scaling of integrated services and affiliate networks.

• Coordinate cross-functional roadmaps and convert growth opportunities into product enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Growth, Product Operations, or Program Management within digital settings.

• Proven success in scaling digital products, affiliate models, or technology-driven growth initiatives.

• Strong grasp of API integrations and experience collaborating closely with technical engineering teams.

• Practical experience with growth methodologies: SEO, CRO, A/B testing, and experimentation.

• Excellent analytical skills — adept at working with performance data, user funnels, and conversion metrics.

• Highly organized and capable of providing process clarity through proper documentation and workflows.

• Professional proficiency in the Spanish language (preferred).

• Experience in travel technology, digital marketplaces, or rapid growth companies (preferred).

• Familiarity with tools such as Looker, Google Analytics, Jira, or Confluence (preferred).
