📋 Description

• Oversee clients' paid media initiatives across Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic, and other platforms, consistently collaborating with the creative team to explore various angles and narratives.

• Perform initial tracking evaluations for each account and supervise data integrity, ensuring that media performance correlates with sales outcomes.

• Assess clients’ sales methodologies and monitor leads through to conversions, identifying any gaps and optimizing media strategies to generate leads that drive revenue.

• Design the agency’s new-business pipeline, which encompasses acquisition strategies, media campaigns, and monitoring lead quality in collaboration with the sales team.

• Utilize AI to enhance operations through automated dashboards, expedited analyses, and efficient reporting.

• Establish departmental processes, playbooks, and reporting standards that empower the agency’s growth function to scale independently of any individual.

• Expand the team by recruiting, training, and guiding new members as the department evolves.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in paid media and performance marketing, with practical knowledge of advertising platforms.

• Strong grasp of measurement tools, including GA4, pixels, UTMs, and attribution; while implementation isn't required, you possess the ability to diagnose issues and articulate the importance of measurement.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes; capable of analyzing a sales funnel and pinpointing where leads are lost.

• Demonstrated practical application of AI in everyday tasks.

• Previous experience in structuring processes, creating documentation for playbooks, and facilitating departmental growth.

• A passion for leading and nurturing talent.

• Senior-level demeanor when interacting with demanding clients: adept at backing recommendations with data and managing challenging discussions with composure.
