This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Drive growth initiatives in Texas and establish a scalable market playbook for future regions.
• Conduct growth experiments in Dallas, Fort Worth, and Austin.
• Identify effective channels, partnerships, market sequencing, and strategies for provider penetration.
• Engage with clinics through drop-bys, in-services, and clinical presentations.
• Foster relationships with pediatricians, medical directors, health system leaders, medical advisors, and referring providers.
• Integrate inside sales, field representatives, MD advisors, marketing, enterprise, and payer teams into a cohesive growth engine.
• Design, assess, and report on experiment outcomes and insights regarding provider activation.
• Build and lead the growth team, including recruiting as the company expands into new markets.
• Participate in conferences and chapter networks, connecting relevant contacts with the CMO.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop Texas-specific positioning, materials, and campaigns.
• Achieve a combined Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of approximately $3M+ across the three Texas markets.
• Enhance referral volume and activate referring providers.
• Successfully activate at least one Texas market with high growth and efficiency.
• Report directly to the Head of GTM.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably with a background in consulting; experience in health tech startups is ideal.
• Strong experience in healthcare is essential.
• Comprehensive understanding of provider relationships, referral patterns, and payer dynamics.
• A competitive drive and motivation fueled by ambitious growth objectives.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a readiness to engage in hands-on work.
• Proven ability to build and lead a team effectively.
• Excellent skills in relationship-building and communication.
• Capability to collaborate with medical directors, health system executives, and front desk managers.
• Ability to excel in ambiguous situations and operate independently.
• Preference for candidates based in Texas.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout Texas and to future markets.
• Experience in healthcare consulting, health tech growth, or an equivalent background.
• Direct experience in healthcare is required.
