Senior Growth Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of pipeline coverage and manage top-of-funnel demand generation from start to finish.

• Develop and operate the demand engine that promotes Rally, Agent, and MCP to buyers assessing AI-native research stacks.

• Discover and experiment with new channels and strategies to diversify pipeline sources.

• Organize events, devise email marketing strategies, and execute social media campaigns.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure campaign alignment with pipeline objectives and incorporate field feedback.

• Work together with Product Marketing on campaigns focused on products and the overall joint strategy.

• Enhance campaigns by analyzing CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.

• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, founders, Product, and Engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, demonstrating a history of managing pipeline metrics and achieving measurable outcomes.

• Proficient in various channels including paid media, events, and content creation.

• Background in Tech/SaaS, ranging from startup to mid-market environments.

• Ability to navigate situations with limited resources and uncertainty effectively.

• Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns (Google and LinkedIn) and conducting webinars (preferred).

• Familiarity with UXR or related research/product tools (preferred).

• Experience in startups, especially at the Series A/B stage (preferred).

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Must not require visa sponsorship currently or in the future.
