This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire acquisition and activation process, from landing pages and sign-up to onboarding and achieving the first successful value moment.

• Utilize data to pinpoint bottlenecks, formulate hypotheses, and autonomously implement experiments, new workflows, and features.

• Enhance conversion and activation rates.

• Manage the complete tracking and MarTech framework, which includes product analytics, attribution, CRM, lifecycle automation, and integrations.

• Examine user behavior and funnel data, converting insights into tangible product enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with data and product analytics; capable of independently analyzing funnels and identifying key metrics.

• Strong ability to implement frontend and design work to the highest standards, exhibiting a keen eye for UX and detail, with a pixel-perfect approach.

• Significant experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js—preferably NestJS—in a SaaS environment.

• Expertise in growth experimentation, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.

• Familiarity with modern analytics, attribution, and MarTech stacks; able to independently establish and further develop tracking, events, and integrations.

• Native-level proficiency in German.

• Fluent in English.

• Ideally, experience in data science, including the development of predictive models for CLTV.
