Growth Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the visual implementation of Zippi’s expansion initiatives.

• Generate a high volume of paid media creatives utilizing Artificial Intelligence.

• Develop static advertisements, carousels, and videos for paid media campaigns.

• Design landing pages, onboarding interfaces, and UI experiments within the application.

• Establish a fast-paced creative production engine.

• Enhance the frequency of weekly A/B tests, lowering customer acquisition costs (CAC) and improving conversion rates within the funnel.

• Partner with the Growth team on strategies for growth, demand generation, and acquisition.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced expertise with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway, or comparable platforms.

• Strong proficiency in Figma for creating landing pages, onboarding interfaces, and UI/UX experiments.

• Capability to prioritize information and thoughtfully consider the user journey.

• Knowledge of conversion-oriented design and a readiness to iterate based on A/B testing results.

• Competence in managing multiple competing priorities and delivering autonomously at a rapid pace.

• Skilled in Motion Design for swiftly producing video and reel creatives.
