This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium, +3 more countries.
• Oversee the creation, implementation, and ongoing assessment of EPI’s Growth Plan across diverse markets and use cases.
• Establish and uphold a unified growth-planning framework that encompasses market sizing methodologies, growth levers, and KPI frameworks.
• Track strategic performance indicators while identifying risks, opportunities, and necessary corrective measures.
• Facilitate the preparation and ongoing refinement of EPI’s business plan and long-term strategic vision.
• Formulate strategic recommendations for the Management Team.
• Convert analyses into concise executive materials.
• Assist with strategic studies pertinent to corporate development and business expansion prospects.
• Create impactful materials for EPI’s Board of Directors and senior governance forums.
• Oversee external advisors involved in activities relevant to the role.
• Report directly to the General Secretary within the CEO Office.
• Collaborate with the Management Team, market teams, and cross-functional leaders throughout Europe.
• Coordinate efforts with internal specialists and external advisors.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting (at the Associate, Project Leader, or Engagement Manager level).
• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
• MBA is preferred.
• Proficient in English (CEFR C1 or C2).
• Proficiency in French, German, Dutch, or other European languages is advantageous.
• Background in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or corporate development.
• Capacity to analyze intricate business challenges and convert insights into practical recommendations.
• Strong skills in stakeholder and project management.
• Experience in engaging with senior executives and board-level audiences.
• Proficient in advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in payments, banking, fintech, digital platforms, or other regulated sectors is a plus.
• Familiarity with M&A, valuation, corporate finance, or broader strategic transactions is beneficial.
• International experience in multicultural settings.
• Must have achieved at least an associate position in top-tier strategy consulting.
