This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Plan, develop, and execute email campaigns from start to finish, encompassing strategy, content creation, distribution, and follow-up.

• Generate leads and cultivate both cold and warm contact lists into a qualified sales pipeline.

• Create nurture flows that guide contacts from initial awareness to readiness for engagement.

• Develop and distribute a regular newsletter to establish authority in executive search and advisory services.

• Cleanse the database, segment contacts by intent, and enhance targeting efforts.

• Configure and optimize marketing workflows and automation within Zoho One and the CRM platform.

• Document workflows and ensure they are maintained within the company’s systems.

• Monitor performance and link efforts to influenced or sourced pipeline outcomes.

• By the end of the first 90 days, deliver a cleaned and segmented database with intent scoring, a recurring newsletter with an engaged audience, at least one repeatable Zoho nurture-to-pipeline flow, and a report detailing leads generated and deals influenced.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.

• Proven experience in developing demand or brand engines, preferably for a service-based business, B2B, or agency.

• Proficiency in Zoho One or similar CRM and automation tools.

• Capability to plan and launch campaigns swiftly.

• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.

• Comfortable being evaluated based on results rather than mere activity.

• Must operate under an initial 90-day scoped engagement.

• All workflows, assets, and data must be documented and preserved within Black & Grey HR systems.

• Access to systems is contingent upon signing an NDA.
