This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Oversee operations within DaVita Integrated Kidney Care, the integrated care sector of DaVita.
• Promote integrated care for individuals facing late-stage chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease.
• Assist in transforming kidney care and establishing integrated care as the norm for renal patients.
• Play a key role in shaping DaVita IKC’s care model and team dynamics.
• Enhance quality patient care, improve health outcomes, elevate patient quality of life, and reduce overall care costs.
• Work collaboratively with a diverse team of nurses, care coordinators, nurse practitioners, and business experts.
• Align with DaVita’s mission of creating the leading healthcare community.
• Experience, qualifications, skills, and attributes appropriate for the Group Vice President position.
• Must comply with the relevant minimum wage and exemption standards for the geographic area.
