Group UX/UI Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Strategically enhance the UX practice throughout the Proalpha Group

• Set UX standards and guide the Group-wide evolution of UX in collaboration with stakeholders

• Manage the Group-wide design system, prioritize needs, and further develop the roadmap

• Sustainably establish standards, components, and patterns in partnership with development teams

• Provide guidance to Product Leads and teams on UX-related matters

• Foster user-centered solutions and cultivate UX expertise across the organization

• Actively contribute to concepts and designs as necessary

• Implement methods, processes, and tools for user research

• Assist teams in accessing user feedback to facilitate data-driven UX decisions

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in IT or an equivalent qualification

• Several years of experience in UX/UI

• Extensive project experience in complex software environments and cross-functional teams

• Proficient in Figma, design systems, and UX/UI tools

• Ability to organize complex processes

• Experience in developing functional user experiences

• Initiative and a proactive mindset

• Excellent communication abilities

• Creative and driven attitude

• Commitment to sustainable, user-centered design

• Very good proficiency in German

• Good English language skills for effective communication in an international setting
