This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Develop and implement the innovation strategy, business plan, and growth initiatives for the Solution Innovation product group in alignment with CPS objectives.
• Maintain and prioritize a backlog of innovative ideas, prototypes, digital capabilities, and enhancements.
• Assess market demand, define opportunities, and identify product/market fit for innovation concepts across CPS solutions and digital marketing enablement.
• Provide strategic guidance to the Director of Digital Marketing Enablement and their team.
• Align digital marketing tools, vendor capabilities, customer-facing digital platforms, enhancements, analytics, and workflows with CPS strategy.
• Lead discovery efforts to translate customer needs and market challenges into use cases, hypotheses, requirements, and minimum viable experiments.
• Oversee proof-of-concepts, beta tests, digital pilots, and prototypes.
• Establish measurable success criteria and advise on whether to discontinue, iterate, scale, or transition initiatives into product or platform roadmaps.
• Guide the end-to-end success of innovation capabilities from requirements definition through design, development, launch authorization, and post-launch analysis.
• Collaborate with UX/design, digital marketing enablement, commercial, product, and operations teams.
• Ensure delivery teams utilize clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, release plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage interdependencies, resource conflicts, platform constraints, vendor dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
• Set priorities, sprint goals, and deliverable expectations for the Solution Innovation developer pod.
• Establish operating rhythms and sustainable processes for rapid innovation, including privacy/security, reusability, compliance review, vendor evaluation, and transition-to-scale artifacts.
• Encourage continuous testing and learning through customer-centered design and iterative delivery.
• Collaborate with Group Product Owners and coordinate with leaders in Commercialization, Brand Management, Engagement, Solution Enablement, and Adoption.
• Ensure validated innovations transition effectively with positioning, launch readiness inputs, training considerations, adoption plans, ownership, support processes, and performance management.
• Define and monitor innovation KPIs, digital engagement metrics, adoption indicators, and business value impact.
• Track portfolio health and provide leadership updates with recommendations on priorities, resourcing, pace, and governance.
• Utilize digital marketing analytics, customer utilization, field feedback, and vendor reporting to identify opportunities.
• Ensure innovation and digital enablement initiatives adhere to applicable policies, privacy, security, accessibility, and legal/regulatory standards.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience in product management, solution development, innovation, digital enablement, marketing technology, healthcare, pharmacy, or technology-enabled services.
• Demonstrated experience in leading proof-of-concepts, pilots, beta testing, rapid iteration, or digital platform enhancements in a product or agile delivery environment.
• Experience working closely with or overseeing digital marketing, marketing technology, analytics, vendor management, or customer engagement platform teams is preferred.
• Proven experience in leading small, high-velocity technical teams and cross-functional teams, including offshore or vendor-supported resources, is preferred.
• Strong product management skills, encompassing product vision, roadmap management, backlog prioritization, requirements definition, and outcome measurement.
• In-depth understanding of innovation methods, rapid experimentation, proof-of-concept design, pilot governance, and transition-to-scale practices.
• Ability to convert customer challenges, digital engagement needs, and market opportunities into clear product requirements and prioritized execution plans.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the capacity to influence product, technology, marketing, commercialization, operations, vendor, and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to assess customer value, technical feasibility, operational readiness, financial impact, and strategic fit when prioritizing innovation tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into executive-ready recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage KPIs, VOC, digital analytics, adoption data, and financial indicators to inform decision-making.
• Knowledge of pharmacy services, digital marketing enablement, customer engagement platforms, and healthcare technology is preferred.
