This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Establish and uphold the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for PSAO Audit and Compliance Solutions.

• Convert Group Product Owner priorities into a results-driven roadmap.

• Utilize customer insights, audit trends, regulatory changes, operational feedback, and stakeholder input to prioritize product enhancements.

• Take ownership of the Pharmacy Audit Support product, including its features, processes, and improvements.

• Lead the design and ongoing enhancement of audit support workflows, reporting, case management, issue escalation, and enablement tools.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance audit outcomes and minimize recoupment risks.

• Harness AI and technology to improve Pharmacy Audit Support offerings and promote efficiencies.

• Ensure PSAO offerings adhere to all relevant federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, and obligations.

• Oversee and track PSAO registration and licensure requirements, compliance calendars, and documentation.

• Keep abreast of regulatory and licensure changes, updating processes, product features, controls, and communications as necessary.

• Facilitate updates to policies and procedures.

• Monitor pharmacies and providers for any suspicious, fraudulent, or high-risk activities.

• Work together on holds, recoupments, terminations, change-of-ownership issues, and other payment-integrity or compliance risks.

• Contribute to preventative and corrective action plans, policy enhancements, and control improvements.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog.

• Lead roadmap planning, release coordination, and end-to-end delivery with cross-functional partners.

• Collaborate with legal, compliance, operations, contracting, finance, credit and accounts receivable, sales, customer support, technology, data, and external partners.

• Engage users and stakeholders to ascertain requirements, validate workflows, and enhance solution usability and effectiveness.

• Support the development of policies, procedures, controls, and documentation to meet compliance obligations.

• Assist in coordinating compliance training, communications, and enablement materials.

• Promote standardized operating methods and audit readiness.

• Define and monitor KPIs for audit support utilization, compliance timeliness, registration and licensure completion, issue resolution, risk indicators, and business impact.

• Report on product performance, operational trends, compliance status, risks, and opportunities for improvement to leadership.

• Evaluate adoption, efficiency, customer value, and cost-benefit outcomes to refine priorities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in business, healthcare, pharmacy, regulatory affairs, compliance, or related fields.

• Typically requires 7+ years of progressively responsible and directly related experience in compliance, audit support, regulatory operations, pharmacy services, product management, or a related field.

• Strong comprehension of pharmacy operations, payer and PBM audit dynamics, regulatory compliance, and registration/licensure requirements in healthcare or pharmacy-related environments.

• Proven ability to define product roadmaps, prioritize enhancements, lead cross-functional delivery, and translate stakeholder needs into scalable solutions.

• Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

• Capacity to influence decisions and drive outcomes in a matrixed environment.
