This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more country.
• Define and enhance the product strategy for Sales Hub, ensuring merchant success throughout activation, initial sales, early GMV, and retention.
• Establish the North Star and KPI framework while outlining journeys based on merchant segments.
• Develop insights into merchant progression and drop-off by utilizing research, behavioral data, cohort analysis, and experimentation.
• Create a comprehensive map of the merchant journey and pinpoint high-impact interventions.
• Adjust priorities for initiatives and make trade-offs between immediate benefits and long-term capabilities.
• Design AI-driven Sales Hub experiences leveraging merchant, catalog, and behavioral data.
• Investigate personalized onboarding, next-best-action recommendations, proactive interventions, and gamification strategies that influence behavior.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and AI/ML teams regarding feasibility, cost, trust, and scalability.
• Convert strategy into phased initiatives that include outcomes, scope, dependencies, and decision points.
• Foster alignment across Engineering, Design, Data, Commercial, Lifecycle teams, and leadership.
• Assess outcomes post-launch and determine whether to scale, refine, or discontinue initiatives.
• Establish success metrics and instrumentation prior to development.
• Link product investments to GMV, retention, LTV, and other commercial metrics.
• Provide guidance to senior leadership on merchant growth and AI strategies.
• Mentor and coach Product Managers while developing reusable product frameworks.
• Extensive experience in Product Management within high-growth SaaS, marketplaces, e-commerce, creator economy, or platform businesses.
• Proven history of driving substantial customer and commercial impact across intricate, multi-squad environments.
• In-depth knowledge of activation, onboarding, retention, growth loops, and experimentation.
• Strong judgment in AI product development.
• Advanced analytical capabilities in funnels, cohorts, segmentation, KPI trees, and opportunity sizing.
• Solid commercial judgment linking product choices to GMV, revenue, retention, or LTV.
• Established ability to navigate highly ambiguous problem areas, think systemically, and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical fluency to effectively collaborate with Engineering, Data, and AI teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in mentoring other Product Managers.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Etsy, TikTok Shop, or other platforms supporting merchant/seller ecosystems is advantageous.
• Resume must be submitted in English.
