This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Convert commercial strategies and competitive insights into a well-defined product vision and prioritized roadmap.
• Manage a prioritized roadmap encompassing various products and modules.
• Leverage data, experimentation, and AI-driven insights to validate roadmap priorities and proposed solutions.
• Ensure that product initiatives address significant customer challenges and provide measurable value.
• Stay knowledgeable about competitors, adjacent solutions, pricing strategies, and shifting market trends.
• Investigate emerging trends in AI, data, market, and technology to foster innovation and differentiation.
• Utilize extensive GRC or RMIS domain expertise to inform product strategy.
• Assess competitive positioning, market dynamics, buyer requirements, and technological trends.
• Convert domain knowledge into product strategy, roadmap priorities, and compelling value propositions.
• Engage with clients to gain insights into their pain points and identify significant problems to address.
• Set expectations for strategic and responsible AI usage throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Guide AI-assisted research, synthesis, summarization, and trend analysis.
• Support responsible AI application in product requirements, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, release notes, and stakeholder documents.
• Advocate for AI-enabled rapid prototyping and experimentation.
• Maintain human judgment while ensuring security, privacy, and client trust.
• Provide oversight and direction for various product initiatives.
• Collaborate with design, architecture, marketing, business representatives, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Product Managers and department leadership to maintain complementary and non-conflicting roadmaps.
• Monitor product KPIs and business metrics.
• Assist in the successful rollout of functionalities and solutions.
• Deliver results across multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in the RMIS or GRC domain.
• Relevant experience in a product, product-adjacent, or product-informed role such as Product Management, Product Owner, Product Manager, Services PM, Product Marketing, implementation leadership, or similar positions.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking regarding competitive positioning, market dynamics, buyer needs, and technology trends within RMIS or GRC.
• A proven history of taking a vision from concept through execution.
• Ability to translate domain expertise into a clear product strategy, roadmap priorities, and a compelling value proposition for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor's Degree in technology, business, liberal arts, science, or engineering.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and technologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Must not require visa sponsorship.
• Experience using AI is preferred, while curiosity about AI is essential; prior hands-on experience is a plus.
