Group Product Manager – EOR, Payroll

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the Employment product line, which includes Global Payroll and Employer of Record, with direct reporting to the CEO.

• Establish and uphold the strategic direction for the EOR and Global Payroll roadmap.

• Engage in discovery sessions with customers, prospects, and operations teams.

• Transform feedback received from Customer Support, operations, sales, prospects, and support into a prioritized product strategy.

• Make the rationale behind product decisions transparent across the organization and instill this practice for future Product Managers.

• Coordinate efforts among product, engineering, and go-to-market teams globally, accommodating various time zones.

• Ensure that engineering and design teams remain unimpeded while keeping sales, Customer Support, and operations updated on upcoming releases.

• Drive results in a fully remote work environment.

• Recruit and manage 2 to 3 Product Managers over time and oversee the resourcing strategy.

• Manage internal platforms and AI agents that assist with payroll processing, customer support, and operations.

• Create customer-facing product capabilities and operational frameworks for scalable operations.

• Work extensively with payroll calculation logic, compliance details, and country-specific workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management, with direct ownership of payroll, EOR, or HR technology products.

• Proven track record of launching and scaling payroll or employment products, ideally during a growth phase.

• Prepared for your first leadership role in the domain or currently managing a small product area and seeking greater responsibility.

• Strong instincts for discovery: you derive insights from customers and data rather than relying solely on a pre-defined backlog.

• Proficient in utilizing AI as both a product interface and a practical tool.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, straightforward, and low-process environment where decision-making is expected.
