This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish the long-term vision and market strategy for the Sales Module, focusing on agent-centric experiences, while ensuring accountability for adoption and quality.
• Spearhead the transition to agent-ready delivery utilizing composable tools and actions, RainFocus Nexus, and MCP Profiles.
• Oversee the user experience across native RainFocus, Salesforce, Slack, Claude, and other agent-oriented channels.
• Manage collaboration with external development partners on the Salesforce application.
• Partner with product and engineering leaders to enhance product data for AI-driven insights.
• Design solutions for account executives, event managers, sales leaders, digital marketers, and channel sales managers.
• Lead a product team in defining the vision and delivering high-quality customer solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications and services.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and partner customer success teams to specify requirements, prioritize features, and implement integration solutions.
• Over 7 years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS product management, including a minimum of 2 years leading product managers or complex, multi-product teams.
• Extensive knowledge of sales and revenue operations workflows, covering accounts, territories, quotas, pipelines, and partnerships.
• In-depth understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, AppExchange patterns, Canvas, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and OAuth/SSO.
• Proven experience in delivering AI-native and agent-centric product features, such as LLM-based inference, conversational assistants, or agents.
• Hands-on experience with the Model Context Protocol (MCP), including MCP servers, MCP applications, and plugins.
• Comfortable with a phased, evidence-based approach to project management.
• Demonstrated success in directing external agencies or integrators to meet deadlines.
• Specialized knowledge in sales enablement, revenue operations, martech, CRM integrations, or event technology.
• Experience in event management or event marketing technology is a plus.
• Familiarity with handling acquired codebases, legacy migrations, or sunset strategies is an advantage.
• Understanding of the revenue and conversation intelligence landscape is beneficial.
• Exposure to entity matching, non-Salesforce CRMs, or agent marketplaces such as Claude and ChatGPT is a plus.
