Group Product Manager – Core

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Establish the Core strategy: Define and refine the vision, strategy, and priorities for Wrike’s Core unit, ensuring the product remains robust, scalable, user-friendly, and prepared for collaboration with both AI agents and humans.

• Oversee a multi-team product area: Manage five Product Managers across five teams, ensuring clear ownership, effective decision-making, and consistent quality of the product throughout the unit.

• Prioritize with determination: Balance customer demands, enterprise requirements, technical investments, usability enhancements, and long-term strategic initiatives — maintaining a clear focus on what is most significant.

• Facilitate AI-native R&D: Assist in developing the processes, tools, and mindsets necessary for the R&D organization to enhance output and outcomes by 10x through AI-native working methods.

• Cultivate the PM team: Coach, mentor, and develop Product Managers, aiding them in reaching the next level of their careers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Product leadership experience: Demonstrated experience leading product managers or overseeing a complex product area with multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Strong core PM skills and a customer-centric approach: Profound knowledge of product discovery, customer validation, roadmap strategy, prioritization, metrics, and product delivery.

• Enterprise SaaS expertise: Comprehensive understanding of B2B SaaS and the needs of enterprise customers, including scalability, adoption, usability, configurability, and change management.

• Strategic prioritization: Capability to make tough trade-offs among diverse investments, customer escalations, technical challenges, and the long-term direction of the platform.

• Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management: Proficiency in aligning teams and stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, GTM, and executive leadership.

• People management abilities: Experience in coaching, mentoring, hiring, developing, and managing the performance of product managers.

• Exceptional UX judgment: Skill in balancing power and simplicity within complex product experiences.
