This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of net revenue retention, expansion MRR, and the division’s monthly service expansion objectives.
• Directly manage executive relationships for the top 30–40% of the portfolio based on MRR.
• Conduct monthly executive check-ins with high-priority accounts and one-on-one sessions with key clients.
• Ensure an accurate weekly forecast for retention and maintain division retention metrics.
• Monitor CAC payback periods, average order value trends, consideration-cycle durations, and multi-touch conversion pathways.
• Identify risks proactively and develop quarterly strategies for key portfolio accounts.
• Evaluate and support expansion proposals, creating value-driven business cases alongside Account Directors.
• Oversee Lifestyle expansion initiatives, including financing/BNPL, email/SMS lifecycle management, and content/brand investments.
• Keep the Salesforce pipeline updated with weekly status, forecasts, and next steps.
• Act as a key resource for product and vertical innovation, channeling client insights into Power Circuit.
• Develop reporting frameworks relevant to verticals, focusing on CAC payback, long-term LTV, and blended AOV.
• Lead or assist in final-round pitches, contributing vertical expertise to new business efforts.
• Collaborate with Sales on division go-to-market strategies, collateral development, and improving win rates.
• Directly supervise Account Directors and oversee the Associate Account Director team.
• Mentor direct reports to function as AI-Native Growth Directors and promote AI adoption.
• Manage hiring, staffing, capacity planning, career progression, feedback, and talent development.
• Conduct training on vertical-specific and AI-native tools, processes, and strategies.
• Create AI prototypes and workflows, manage Omega and Iris, and make decisions on division-wide AI tool usage.
• Handle AI quality tradeoffs and enhance Power Circuit solutions in collaboration with the innovation team.
• Advise on the division's P&L and maintain portfolio profitability.
• Project churn, service expansion, new business, and efficiency alongside the MD and VP.
• Formulate headcount and investment business cases, driving efficiency through technology, AI, and process enhancements.
• Address portfolio escalations.
• Collaborate with Data Intelligence, Media Planning, and Activation teams.
• Serve as a market representative for Power Digital through speaking engagements, content creation, and client interactions.
• Function as the internal knowledge hub for vertical and division expertise.
• Proven leadership and management experience is essential, having supervised Account Directors or senior marketers.
• Over 10 years of leadership experience in a digital marketing agency, including D2C client work in higher-AOV or durable goods sectors at the Account Director level or higher.
• Experience managing a P&L for sustainable profitability.
• Strong marketing knowledge of higher-consideration D2C purchasing journeys, including multi-touch attribution, CAC payback period economics, and brand/content investment efficiency.
• Expertise in channel and program strategy across comprehensive D2C initiatives, such as paid social, paid search, email/SMS, lifecycle, and content marketing.
• Proficient in measuring CAC payback periods and LTV modeling for higher-AOV, lower-frequency purchase behaviors.
• Familiar with financing and BNPL integration and its impact on conversion rates and AOV economics.
• Experience presenting data-driven recommendations to C-suite and VP stakeholders.
• Skilled in contract negotiations, client retention strategies, and client growth initiatives.
• A demonstrated history of achieving high NPS and retention metrics across a diverse portfolio.
• Extensive understanding of owned, earned, and paid marketing channels, including content, SEO, paid search, paid social, programmatic advertising, and email/lifecycle marketing.
• Knowledgeable about D2C ecommerce platforms like Shopify, email/SMS and lifecycle marketing tools, financing/BNPL integrations, and LTV/CAC analytics software.
