This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +11 more states.
β’ Inspire, guide, mentor, and develop District Managers and Sales Specialists to enhance team performance.
β’ Create and implement business plans that align with organizational and brand objectives.
β’ Drive compliant sales growth for the Hematology product portfolio.
β’ Assess sales and operational data to track performance and pinpoint opportunities and challenges.
β’ Formulate corrective strategies and allocate resources to boost team outcomes and sales-force efficiency.
β’ Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance access and strengthen relationships.
β’ Mentor partners to foster alignment and achieve customer-focused, company-responsible results.
β’ Establish account goals and objectives while monitoring account metrics and business performance.
β’ Encourage innovative thinking while ensuring compliance with Company standards.
β’ Execute responsibilities in accordance with the J&J Credo and HCC guidelines.
β’ A Bachelor's degree or higher is mandatory.
β’ A valid driver's license from one (1) of the fifty (50) United States is required.
β’ At least ten (10) years of relevant professional experience is needed.
β’ A minimum of five (5) years of cross-functional experience in significant commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare sectors.
β’ Previous experience in managing teams is essential.
β’ Demonstrated capability to lead, develop, coach, and engage high-performing, diverse teams.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight and weekend trips.
