This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee both internal and external workstreams for various brands and portfolios.
• Act as the primary point of contact for designated brands, fostering relationships with stakeholders.
• Facilitate the implementation of essential and advanced Experience Strategy deliverables, including Website/IVA Strategy, Omnichannel Plan, and Content Plan recommendations.
• Comprehend end-user requirements and evaluate user flows to minimize friction while identifying emotional connection points.
• Ensure customer experiences are optimally accessible and inclusive.
• Align efforts with the overarching brand strategy and develop tactical briefs and implementation documentation.
• Assess omnichannel maturity and promote transformation and modular readiness across brands.
• Evaluate qualitative and quantitative data to derive actionable insights, converting them into data-driven narratives and strategic recommendations for clients.
• Assist Experience Strategy leadership with organic growth and new business initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define innovative deliverables that enhance client success and foster agency growth.
• Show dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion through ongoing development, inclusive practices, and proactive bias management.
• Execute additional responsibilities as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Omnichannel Strategy, Experience Strategy, Digital Strategy, or a related area.
• Experience in Oncology is essential due to the specific client assignment.
• Background in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Healthcare Marketing sectors.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in developing omnichannel experiences in pharma for HCPs and patients/caregivers.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with a proven track record of utilizing data and customer research to guide strategic choices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Familiarity with digital collaboration and journey mapping tools, such as Miro, Mural, and Airtable.
• Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms, including Veeva, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Adobe.
• Skilled in utilizing AI systems and frameworks.
