This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of net revenue retention and expansion MRR for the division, focusing on achieving the monthly service expansion target.
• Cultivate and maintain executive relationships with the top 10–20% of the portfolio by MRR.
• Conduct quarterly executive check-ins with premier accounts and one-on-one check-ins with priority clients.
• Ensure an accurate weekly retention forecast and maintain division retention data.
• Monitor founder engagement, service package usage, and time-to-first-win indicators.
• Identify risks early and implement quarterly plans for the top 10% of the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Account Directors on value-driven business cases and paths for expansion.
• Keep the Salesforce pipeline updated and precise.
• Input client signals into Power Circuit and create scalable Core reporting frameworks.
• Assist in final-round pitches and provide vertical expertise for new business initiatives.
• Work alongside Sales on positioning, marketing materials, and improving division go-to-market success rates.
• Directly oversee Account Directors and their respective support teams.
• Mentor direct reports to function as AI-Native Growth Directors.
• Assess the team based on Pulse sentiment, health metrics, and expansion capabilities.
• Manage hiring, staffing, capacity planning, career development, DAPs, and career advancement.
• Provide timely, actionable feedback and help cultivate future senior talent.
• Lead training sessions on vertical-specific and AI-native tools, methodologies, and strategies.
• Vibe-code prototypes and design AI workflows to streamline tasks and enhance insights.
• Execute Omega and Iris across the portfolio and determine which AI tools and workflows the division will implement.
• Manage division-level AI quality trade-offs and develop Power Circuit solutions.
• Collaborate with the innovation team to drive enhancements and optimizations.
• Contribute to the division's P&L while forecasting churn, service expansion, new business opportunities, and efficiency metrics.
• Build business cases for hiring and investments to drive efficiency.
• Address escalations within the direct portfolio.
• Partner with teams in Data Intelligence, Media Planning, and Activation.
• Represent Power Digital in the market through public speaking, content creation, and client-facing engagements.
• Act as an internal knowledge resource for vertical and division expertise.
• Proven leadership and management experience required, including direct oversight of Account Directors or senior marketers.
• Over 10 years of leadership experience in a digital marketing agency, particularly with small business or founder-led clients at the Account Director level or higher.
• Demonstrated experience managing a P&L focused on profitable growth.
• In-depth marketing knowledge across a high-volume, standardized-service portfolio, including foundational packages and repeatable playbooks.
• Expertise in channel and program strategy within a standardized service catalog, featuring scalable, template-driven marketing programs.
• Proficiency in measurement focused on straightforward, rapid, founder-friendly reporting, time-to-value, and quick-win ROI.
• Familiarity with founder-led decision-making processes, budget constraints, rapid decision cycles, and low tolerance for jargon or delays.
• Experience in presenting data and effectively pushing back to founders or owners.
• Skilled in contract negotiation, client retention, and fostering client growth.
• Proven success in achieving high NPS and retention metrics across a substantial portfolio.
• Extensive understanding of owned, earned, and paid marketing channels, including content, SEO, paid search, paid social, and programmatic advertising.
• Acquainted with standardized reporting and dashboard tools, CRM systems, and lightweight marketing automation.
• Operational discipline across multiple accounts.
