• Leverage AI technologies to enhance and streamline business operations.
• Utilize and harness Power Digital's Nova ecosystem relevant to your division.
• Analyze performance across your AD team's portfolio; identify cross-account trends in pipeline attribution, ICP definition, lead quality, and measurement methodologies; report structural risks to departmental leadership.
• Develop and maintain relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders at key accounts; act as the senior point of escalation on any AD-managed account requiring executive presence.
• Mentor ADs on pipeline attribution, MQL to SQL handoff discussions, ABM strategies, buying committee dynamics, ICP refinement, and effective presentation techniques to VP Sales stakeholders who question marketing’s impact.
• Drive B2B vertical strategy: remain updated on ABM platform advancements, intent signal tools (6sense, Demandbase), AI-driven prospecting, B2B measurement innovations, and buying committee dynamics, sharing insights with your team and clients.
• Lead and develop your Account Director team — conduct regular one-on-ones, create development plans, manage performance reviews, and ensure a 90% team retention rate.
• Guarantee the daily utilization of our proprietary technology (Iris and Nova), maintain 100% cadence with Pulse (client performance and sentiment tool), and ensure compliance with Power Circuit (our proprietary diagnostic system) across managed ADs.

• Identify and pursue service expansion opportunities, achieving the division's monthly service expansion targets.
• Lead or co-manage significant renewal and expansion discussions that necessitate senior executive involvement.
• Actively engage in new business pitches, RFPs, and prospect evaluations — providing B2B vertical expertise, ICP assessments, and framing for Power Circuit to distinguish Power Digital from generalist agencies.
• Define and refine the division's go-to-market strategy and sales materials in collaboration with the Managing Director; contribute B2B-specific case studies, vertical insights, and proof points to enhance win rates.
• Create B2B-focused Power Circuit solutions — including diagnostic frameworks, measurement methodologies, and QBR templates that encompass pipeline contributions, MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, cost-per-opportunity, and influenced revenue.
• Advise on the divisional P&L; forecast the four pillars (Churn, Service Expansion, New Business, Efficiency) in collaboration with the Managing Director and VP; utilize P&L data to construct business cases for hiring and investment.
• Oversee division operations: recruitment, staffing, onboarding, training, and development of the B2B vertical playbook.
• Collaborate closely with Data Intelligence, Media Planning, Activation, and Creative teams to address B2B-specific challenges such as offline pipeline attribution, intent signal integration, and multi-touch measurement across lengthy sales cycles.
