This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Maintain and expand the client portfolio while leading, motivating, and inspiring the team.
• Develop senior-level client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and promote growth opportunities within the CPG division.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate new business and enhance service offerings.
• Offer thought leadership and insights relevant to the division.
• Work alongside the Managing Director and VP on go-to-market strategies, positioning, and Power Circuit product solutions.
• Directly supervise Account Directors and manage Account Managers.
• Mentor team members, provide constructive feedback, and spearhead training initiatives.
• Conduct client check-ins, maintain retention forecasts, and identify growth opportunities.
• Engage in new business pitches and RFP submissions.
• Develop industry-specific solutions and lead trends and innovations in collaboration with R&D.
• Take ownership of resolving client escalations.
• Consult on divisional P&L and client profitability; forecast churn, service expansion, new business, and efficiency improvements.
• Supervise recruitment, staffing, training, and onboarding efforts.
• Enhance efficiency through technology, AI, and process improvements.
• Strengthen the use and development of the nova application.
• Collaborate with Data Intelligence, Media Planning, and shared Activation teams.
• Participate in conferences, speaking engagements, blog content creation, and training sessions.
• Leadership and management experience in a department setting is required.
• Over 10 years of experience as a leader in a digital marketing agency.
• Proven experience managing a P&L for profitable growth.
• Expertise in contract negotiation, client retention, and client expansion.
• A successful history of achieving high customer satisfaction scores through NPS or similar retention metrics.
• Extensive understanding of owned, earned, and paid marketing channels.
• Familiarity with first-party data tools such as Google Analytics and Shopify.
• Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience in managing large teams, coaching direct reports, and facilitating talent development.
