This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.
• Oversee the client services team by delivering both tactical and strategic leadership.
• Collaborate directly with the client to ensure that their goals and objectives are achieved.
• Take ownership of the campaign process from its inception through to completion.
• Act as the main point of contact between the client and the client services team.
• Ensure that the brand strategy is clearly communicated and comprehended by team members.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the client’s brand, therapeutic area, and objectives.
• Connect brand and creative strategy using independent judgment and discretion.
• Oversee daily client service operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Anticipate client needs and provide recommendations accordingly.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Lead by example for the client services team.
• Collaborate with various departments to maintain project quality control.
• Provide project updates across departments.
• Offer leadership and guidance to direct reports.
• Execute administrative tasks necessary to fulfill client deliverables.
• Participate in client project meetings and provide status updates.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is required.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical agency is required.
• Experience with brand launches is required.
• 7+ years of client services experience within a high-volume advertising agency.
• Must be self-motivated, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in all MS Office Suite applications.
