This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of patient support programs and act as the main client liaison following proposal approval.

• Sustain and nurture business relationships with current clients.

• Create client agendas, slide presentations, project briefs, and scopes of work.

• Lead or assist in discussions with clients, LMR, faculty, and content experts regarding content and strategic direction.

• Review and relay status and contact reports to clients.

• Guide support teams throughout project management tasks.

• Manage projects utilizing internal project briefs, proposal templates, and budget tools.

• Collaborate on project plans, objectives, milestones, and deliverables.

• Lead internal teams and mentor account team members.

• Conduct performance evaluations, create development plans, and establish goals for direct reports where applicable.

• Identify market and organic growth opportunities within assigned accounts.

• Create proposals, budgets, and reconciliations; track costs and provide budget updates.

• Ensure adherence to PhRMA, FDA, OIG, and ACCME standards.

• Participate in internal project-status meetings and guarantee quality control of client materials.

• Offer innovative ideas for tactical planning within assigned accounts.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years in an Account role within a pharmaceutical or medical communications organization.

• Experience in daily client interaction.

• Familiarity with medical, legal, and regulatory review processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Willingness to travel 10–15% based on client requirements.

• Skills in leadership, results orientation, attention to detail, customer focus, flexibility, forward-thinking, and relationship building.
