Group Account Supervisor – Patient Support Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take the lead role for clients following the acceptance of proposals.

• Sustain and oversee business prospects with current clients.

• Create client agendas, slide presentations, project briefs, and scopes of work.

• Facilitate or assist in calls with clients, LMR, faculty, and content experts.

• Review and send status/contact reports to clients.

• Guide support teams throughout project management tasks.

• Oversee projects utilizing internal briefs, proposal templates, and budget tools.

• Collaborate on project plans, objectives, milestones, and deliverables.

• Lead internal teams and mentor account team members.

• Conduct performance evaluations, development plans, and goal-setting for direct reports as necessary.

• Identify market and organic growth opportunities within designated accounts.

• Prepare proposals, budgets, and reconciliations.

• Track labor, direct, fee, and out-of-pocket expenses and provide budget updates.

• Comply with PhRMA, FDA, OIG, and ACCME regulations.

• Participate in internal project-status meetings.

• Ensure the quality of client materials and establish best-practice protocols.

• Contribute innovative ideas for tactical planning within assigned accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years in an Account role within a pharmaceutical or medical communications firm.

• Experience in daily client-facing interactions.

• Knowledge of medical, legal, and regulatory review processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Willingness to travel 10–15% based on client requirements.

• Compliance with PhRMA, FDA, OIG, and ACCME regulations.
