Group Account Supervisor – Healthcare, Pharmaceutical Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand a portfolio of clients

• Lead and coordinate associated account teams

• Establish team objectives and ensure access to required resources

• Support the professional development of individual team members

• Offer insights for strategic planning

• Gain a deep understanding of clients’ markets, medical conditions, healthcare professionals, influencers, professional organizations, competitors, technologies, and treatment environments

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with senior-level clients and agencies

• Spot opportunities and challenges early and communicate effectively with clients

• Advocate for the agency’s perspectives at senior client levels

• Manage scopes, forecasts, reconciliations, and reporting

• Oversee pricing strategies, revisions, and forecasting

• Update clients on changes to the financial landscape

• Identify and address issues impacting clients, projects, and profitability

• Discover opportunities for organic growth and enhanced productivity

• Review projects aligned with new strategies

• Address issues in collaboration with project managers

• Mentor, train, and evaluate account team members while providing constructive feedback

• Assess training requirements

• Monitor and balance team schedules and workloads

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 7 years of experience in an agency setting

• May require domestic and/or international travel, including overnight stays

• Experience with pharma/healthcare agency launches is preferred

• Local candidates from Boston, MA are preferred

• Strong leadership skills

• Excellent communication abilities

• Proficient in analytical and strategic thinking

• Adaptability and flexibility

• Self-starter with initiative

• Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the country of employment without employer sponsorship
