Group Account Supervisor – Access Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the client services team for one or multiple clients.

• Collaborate directly with clients to ensure their goals and objectives are achieved.

• Take ownership of the campaign process from beginning to end.

• Supervise direct reports in client services on a daily basis when in charge.

• Manage a digital brand with a focus on websites.

• Handle MLR submissions within Veeva.

• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients aligned with their business objectives.

• Offer confident advice on client inquiries and demonstrate a strong understanding of Avalere Health’s services and capabilities.

• Cultivate expertise in the client's market, including trends, influencers, competitors, and key stakeholders.

• Clearly communicate the brand’s business goals to the agency team both verbally and in writing.

• Provide constructive feedback on strategy, creative, technical, and analytical projects in development.

• Translate client and medical/regulatory/legal feedback for the agency team.

• Record scope requests and draft project briefs.

• Compose SOWs based on inputs from the delivery team.

• Collaborate with delivery and account leadership to track revenue and profit while managing risks.

• Address scope issues directly with clients.

• Spot growth opportunities and work with account leadership to increase revenue for assigned accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in managing client relationships within an agency setting.

• Background in digital strategies focused on websites.

• Required experience in pharmaceutical marketing.

• Experience in Market Access is mandatory.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and project teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Preferred experience in managing pharmaceutical brand launches in rare diseases.
